Employee performance is something that needs to get the attention of an organization in order to achieve the goals that have been proclaimed. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work incentives and work motivation on employee performance at the Banyuwangi Regency Revenue Agency. The population in this study were employees of the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Revenue Agency, which totaled 101 employees. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique or census. The measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire was used to conduct this research.
