ROLE OF PEDAGOGIES IN 21ST CENTURY FOR EFFECTIVE LEARNING

Because of advancement of science and technology, noteworthy changes are occurring in the areas such as to new scientific discoveries, globalization, and development of astronautics, robotics, and artificial intelligence. In the era of digital advancement and knowledge we are observed that still classroom conditions in the terms of delivery of lessons is same as a condition of the classroom observed during previous century. It is very necessary to use innovative teaching methods and study the understanding of changes in pedagogies by teachers which emphasized on four areas: subject pedagogy development, ecofriendly approach and origination to teaching, the digital up gradation takes place in the field of teaching. Educational theory has mainly two levels (Macro and Micro). The macro-level involves education-society relationship, regionalization and branching out, internationalization in education, and introduction of digital technologies.
