This systematic literature review aims to synthesize several published studies related to the implementation of e-recruitment. Lately, there is a phenomenon that companies lack a workforce that suits the needs of the company, and to get employees who are eligible and capable of work, the company requires a long time and a lot of money, therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of e-recruitment on HRM".
