The article briefly presents the results obtained by the Scientific Library of the Academy of Public Administration following the implementation of two European projects: „Support services for the library network: modernization of libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through the development of library staff and library reform (LNSS ), The Erasmus + program and the project „Modernization of the services of the university libraries of Moldova”, financed by the Norwegian Program of Cooperation with Eurasia in the field of higher education, realized in partnership between ASEM and the University of Bergen, Norway, Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania and 18 libraries from the Republic of Moldova
