HUMAN SECURITY INSURANCE SYSTEM IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA: ANALYSIS OF THE EDIFICATION

Abstract: In this article, the security policy of the Republic of Moldova is examined in the context of emerging risks and threats caused by changes in the new national and global security architecture. Security policy is an extremely complex political process that must be viewed in a specific national context. The current legislation makes it possible to form a general idea of the security vision, interests, goals and mechanisms for the implementation of the security policy of the Republic of Moldova. The current security environments, as well as the dangers emanating from within the state, require a revision and rethinking of the political and legal basis of national security. In the author's opinion, in view of a clear strategic approach, it is important to identify fundamental concepts that contribute to the formulation of a clear national security policy.
