VOLTAGE FALL REPAIR SIMULATION OF PT PLN (PERSERO) ULP BIMA KOTA VOLTAGE FALL USING ETAP 12.6.0 APPLICATION

Menurut UU No. 30 Tahun 2009 pasal 28 tentang ketenagalistrikan, bahwa pemegang izin usaha penyediaan tenaga listrik wajib menyediakan tenaga listrik yang memenuhi standar mutu keandalan yang berlaku. Dalam sistem tenaga listrik, khususnya pada Jaringan Tegangan Menengah 20 kV terdapat penyulang distribusi primer radial pada jaringan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima ULP Bima Kota yaitu Penyulang Rontu. Penyulang Rontu menyalurkan energi listrik untuk konsumen rumah tangga dan konsumen bisnis di wilayah Kecamatan Raba dan sebagian Kecamatan Rasanae Barat, Kota Bima. Dengan panjang penyulang 49 kms dan beban puncak malam sebesar 3361 kW. Dilakukan pengukuran tegangan ujung dilapangan sebesar 18.92 kV yang menyebabkan nilai tegangan jatuhnya sebesar 5.42% sehingga tidak sesuai standar SPLN No. 72 Tahun 1987, yang mengatur nilai tegangan jatuh pada SUTM 5% dari tegangan kerjanya. Skripsi ini membahas tentang langkah untuk memperbaiki tegangan dengan metode pecah beban yang disimulasi pada aplikasi. Dalam skripsi ini menggunakan aplikasi ETAP 12.6.0 dan simulasi akan dilakukan dengan dua kondisi, yaitu: 1) kondisi eksisting Penyulang Rontu, dan 2) kondisi Penyulang Rontu dipecah beban penyulang. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa metode perbaikan tegangan dengan melakukan pecah beban dapat menurunkan tegangan jatuh pada Penyulang Rontu sebesar 78.70% dari semula 18.92 kV menjadi 19.77 kVAccording to Law no. 30 of 2009 article 28 concerning electricity, that holders of businesslicenses for the supply of electricity are required to provide electricity that meets the applicablereliability quality standards. In the electric power system, especially in the 20 kV MediumVoltage Network, there is a radial primary distribution feeder on the PT PLN (Persero) UP3Bima ULP Bima Kota network, namely Rontu Feeder. The Rontu feeder distributes electricalenergy to household consumers and business consumers in the Raba District and parts of theWest Rasanae District, Bima City. With a feeder length of 49 kms and a peak night load of3361 kW. This thesis discusses the steps to rectify the voltage with the simulated load breaking method in theapplication. In this thesis using the ETAP 12.6.0 application the simulation will be carried outwith two conditions, namely: 1) the existing condition of the Rontu Feeder, and 2) the conditionof the Rontu Feeder broken down by the feeder load. The simulation results show that thevoltage correction method by breaking the load can reduce the voltage drop in the RontuFeeder by 78.70% from 18.92 kV to 19.77 k
