Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a psychotherapeutic technique based on eye movements, and bilateral stimulation, -tactile and auditory- useful for the adequate processing of traumatic memories, new in the treatment of Depressive Disorders.
