Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan pada kinerja melalui penberdayaan psikologis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling atau pengambilan sampel acak dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 perawat. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja.
