Abstract Stress at school and in general may be considered as any physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental unrest and that may be a factor in causing diseases. It narrows students’ ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life. Effective stress management helps them get back to their lives, to be happier, healthier, and more productive. The ultimate goal is a balanced life for work, studying, relationships, relaxation, fun, and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on.
