The article presents the issue of work that is an extremely important value in human life in ethical terms. Work is not only a source of income, it is also a value that allows the individual to develop themself. It is worth emphasizing that work does not only produce material goods, but also introduces valuable and intended changes in the environment. Working persons should have a sense of their own dignity or personality, be aware of the responsibility and freedom they have, and be aware of humanity quite often subjected to the test of time in work phenomena.
