Supervision as a tool for professional support of early care employees

The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of professional support, focusing in more detail on supervision. The work characterizes early care, the social worker and his activities, shows the problems that the social worker may encounter when providing early care. Furthermore, the work presents the possibilities of professional support - vocational training, mentoring, supervision and teambuilding. In more detail, thesis fosues on supervision and supervisor, it describes the goals, functions and model of supervision, it also deals with the prerequisites for successful ssupervision in the organization. At the end of the work, professional support and supervision are described using an example from practice. The results of a research probe are presented here, which ascertains the benefit of supervision for social workers of a specific organization
