Theory and practice, a critical approach of sandwich courses in pedagogy. - Sandwivch courses set the double problem of connection and separation between school and life. This problem is approached here from the viewpoint of relation between theory and practice : what is the nature of practical knowledge and of theoretical knowledge ? Are the ways of acquiring these kinds of knowledge, different ?
