Each of these grievances alleges that the Employer improperly changed the Grievor\u27s shift without due regard to seniority. The Conrod grievance involves a one day change of shift and the Williams grievance a two day change of shift but the Union\u27s position is that the clear words of the Collective Agreement require that the filling of even very brief temporary vacancies be governed by seniority in accordance with Articles 41.05 and 46. Alternatively, if I find that the words of the Collective Agreement are not clear, the Union\u27s position is that there is an established practice, by which the Employer is bound, of filling such vacancies in accordance with seniority
