Every culture is following her own rules. Communication is the instrument to inform somebody, to advice, and order. But communication is not only an instrument to inform but also to provoke a reaction. The reaction follows a special pattern depending on the culture. Communication consists of 3 kernels: 1. speach, 2. property, 3. behavior. We can distinguish 2 kinds of cultures: 1. time divider, 2. time division. Each culture follows their own rules.
