El Agua y el derecho en los asentamientos humanos del Cono Sur Lima 2019

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge of water and the right in the Human Settlements of the Southern Cone Lima 2019. The study is basic, exploratory qualitative ethnographic, whose population were residents of 5 Human Settlements of the Southern Cone with a sample of 375 which was determined by the Arkin Colton Table, using the questionnaire as an instrument. Finding that 98% are aware of the use and access to water and 99% are unaware of the existence of an article referring to water in the Political Constitution of Peru and 100% are definitely unaware that there is a specific law about water. It is concluded that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge of water and the right at present. Likewise, there is extensive knowledge about water as an essential element for life and ignorance about the regulations in force both in the Political Constitution of Peru and in the laws related to water. It is recommended to create strategies to socialize the comprehensive knowledge between water and law today.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento del agua y el derecho en los Asentamientos Humanos del Cono Sur Lima 2019. El estudio es básico, exploratorio cualitativo etnográfico, cuya población fueron pobladores de 5 Asentamientos Humanos del Cono Sur con una muestra de 375 la cual se determinó por la Tabla de Arkin Colton, teniendo como instrumento el cuestionario. Encontrándose que el 98% sí tienen conocimiento al uso y acceso al agua y el 99% desconoce la existencia de un artículo referente al agua en la Constitución Política del Perú y el 100% desconoce definitivamente que exista una ley específica acerca del agua. Se concluye que no existe relación entre el nivel de conocimiento del agua y el derecho en la actualidad.  Así mismo existe amplio conocimiento sobre el agua como elemento esencial para la vida y desconocimiento sobre la normatividad vigente tanto en la Constitución Política del Perú como en las leyes relacionadas al agua.
