Estudio exploratorio del nivel de felicidad en profesores universitarios: Universidad de los Llanos, Colombia

Happiness at work in recent years has been a topic that organizations have taken very seriously, due to the multiple benefits obtained by having a happy collaborator both in the workplace and in the economic, family and personal spheres. . The purpose of this study is to know the level and the aspects that influence the job happiness of the professors of the University of Los Llanos, in total 239 questionnaires were applied where the venue, the faculties and the type of hiring were taken into account, the This research has a quantitative and inferential approach in order to know the perception of happiness that teachers have. At a general level, the results show that teachers have a satisfactory level of happiness and the main variables that contribute most to their happiness are the client (the students), the family and spirituality.Durante los últimos años, la felicidad en el trabajo ha sido un tema que las organizaciones se han tomado muy en serio; esto, debido a los múltiples beneficios que se obtienen al tener un colaborador feliz tanto en el ámbito laboral como en el económico, familiar y personal. El propósito de este estudio fue conocer el nivel y los aspectos que influyen en la felicidad laboral de los profesores de la Universidad de los Llanos. En total, se aplicaron 239 cuestionarios en los que se tuvieron en cuenta la sede, las facultades y el tipo de contratación. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo e inferencial con el fin de conocer la percepción de felicidad que tienen los docentes. A nivel general, los resultados muestran que el profesorado tiene un nivel de felicidad satisfactorio y las principales variables que más contribuyen a su felicidad son los estudiantes, la familia y la espiritualidad
