Abstract: In diesem Aufsatz werden die Möglichkeiten und Beschränkungen interdisziplinärer Forschung im Bereich der Rechtswissenschaft erörtert. Inwiefern ist die Rechtswissenschaft imstande, Konzepten und Ideen aus anderen Wissenschaftlichen Disziplinen, wie der Soziologie, der Psychologie, der Philosophie, der Ökonomie und der Literaturwissenschaft, zu inkorporieren?
