Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a debilitating disorder with a prevalence rate of approximately 5%. Unfortunately, this disorder is commonly associated with another debilitating disorder, alcohol use disorder (AUD). Of the 5% of people diagnosed with PTSD, 30%-59% also suffer from AUD.
