[Mr Ingamells and Mr Lyons]

Mr Bryson Ingamells, a plumbing and gasfitting student in the Technical College division, is congratulated by Mr Dick Lyons, former Head of Plumbing, for winning the Andrew Letten Gold Medal Award. The annual award is given to the plumbing apprentice judged by the Master Plumbers and Mechanical Services Association of Victoria to be the best in the state.
