The Governor of Victoria, Sir Henry Winneke (left), presents the gold medal to Bryson Ingamells. Bryson, a Plumbing and Gasfitting student at the Technical College, won the Andrew Letten gold medal award - an annual award given to the plumbing apprentice judged by the Master Plumbers and Mechanical Services Association of Victoria to be the best in the state over total schooling.
