Für die Nutzung von ZnO in farbstoffsensibilisierten Festkörpersolarzellen wurden angepasste kompakte und nanoporöse ZnO-Schichten für die Verwendung des organischen Lochleiters spiro-OMeTAD benötigt. Zur Realisierung dieses Ziels wurden die experimentellen Rahmenbedingungen der elektrochemischen Abscheidung überprüft, Einflüsse auf die Abscheidung analysiert und der Abscheideprozess optimiert, sodass ZnO-Schichten mit hoher Reproduzierbarkeit und guter Schichtqualität abgeschieden werden konnten. Anschließend wurde an unter optimierten Bedingungen abgeschiedenen und farbstoffsensibilisierten ZnO-Schichten die Homogenität der von sichtbaren Licht induzierten Photospannung mittels der Kelvin-Rasterkraftmikroskopie gezeigt.
