Description of second level water quantity model, including results

The objective of this project is to develop a system of models to analyse and evaluate alternatives for regional water management. The main interest groups considered in this study are farmers, public water supply companies and nature ronservatien groups. The objective is therefore to maximize the income from the area, with constraints imposed by the ronservatien of nature areas, water quality, water supply, etc
