The term technochange refers to technology-driven organizational changes and covers the broad spectrum of aspects that are related to and have an impact on changes within organizations. Technochange processes are usually managed by change managers, who are responsible for successfully accomplishing the IT-related tasks in their projects, as well as every other structural and organizational dimension related to the implementation of technochanges.
