Depuis la découverte du boson de Higgs, la physique des hautes énergies est entrée dans l'ère de la précision. L'absence de nettes déviations par rapport aux prédictions du Modèle Standard nous amène à reconsidérer et perfectionner le cadre théorique et les méthodes utilisés pour mettre à l'épreuve les modèles de nouvelle physique. Dans cette thèse, nous présentons le développement de nouveaux outils et méthodes dédiés à l'étude de modèles impliquant plusieurs échelles de masse.
