Artificial Intelligence (AI), sometimes called machine intelligence, is the integration of the human mind into a machine. This is a machine that is smarter than the intelligence of human nature. Artificial intelligence has dealt with many sectors, including the banking sector. The main objective of this study was to understand the effects of artificial intelligence in modern banks. This study focuses on the perception of artificial intelligence in the banking sector, how it has transformed banks dramatically, and its impact on human resources. Knowing that human beings have a faulty tendency but the world is changing, and creativity, a lack of knowledge is needed for automation. Much of the work and craftsmanship that has ever been done by humans has now been improved by the use of advanced technology.
