Born in St. Louis but family moved back to the city of Banja Luka, Lived in Banja Luka form the age of 5 to 11, Life was hard as the economic situation was far from perfect and a lot different then the United States, Enrolled in school in Bosnia which was a lot of difficult especially mathematics, The only thing to do for entertainment was to ride bicycles as the area where he lived as very rural, Family decided to move back to the United States due to finances, Adjusting back to the United States was not really difficult as he was still young, Still has the same friends back in Bosnia while having American friends in St. Louis, Family has been effected by the war in terms of father having PTSD and mother still living in fear from what the war brought, Family follows many Bosnian traditions including the food and holidays such as Bajram, People of different religions and ethnic groups lived in the former Yugoslavia under Tito and his Iron Fist , After Tito died people who had hate for others began the war, When thinking about his Bosnian heritage always comes to the war and the blood spilled for nothing but hate, Hopes that in the future someone can change the social structure and governmentally structure of Bosnia as it is corrupt and life is difficult in the country due to this corruption
