The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Tenayan Raya District Office Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used was the census method, the sample used was 30 ASN employee. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, instrument test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination test (R²).
