This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Plantation Nusantara V Sei Lindai Kampar regency. The population in this study was taken from the total number of employees in the factory in 2022 totaling 53 employees, and the sampling used the census technique amounting to 53 people. Data collction techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. For the research method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 24 aplication tool. Based on the results of research, leadership style and work envionment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Plantation Nusantara V Sei Lindai
