This study intends to examine the effect of leadership style on employees at PT. X Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about job satisfaction. This study hopes to give contribution to corporation development on the increase of job satisfaction. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 76 employees located at PT. X Surabaya as a chosen sample. The distributed questionnaires were all returned completely and were analyze using SPSS version 12.0. Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression model and partial correlation. The result indicates that leadership styles have a positif significant effect to job satisfaction.
