The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and compensation on the performance of nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at the Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, amounting to 262 people. The sample was taken as many as 72 people with the sampling technique in this study using the Cluster Random Sampling method where from several clusters several samples were chosen randomly. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation and questionnaires.
