ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND WORK LOAD ON NURSER PERFORMANCE AT AZ-ZAHRA UJUNG BATU HOSPITAL ROKAN HULU DISTRICT By: DENDI KASMANDRI NPM: 165210844 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and workload on the performance of nurses at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, a population of 77 respondents and a sample of 40 respondents from the nurse's department.
