Business strategy has an important role in running an MSME. Because a business strategy is a plan that is prepared precisely to run and develop a business in an increasingly fierce world competition. The purpose of this research is to find out the business strategy undertaken by Jantung Hati Café by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Jantung Hati Café after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research adopted qualitative methods. The data collection method used were interviews and observation. The data is then processed using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT matrix.
