During this time Michael DeCiantis was serving as the West Warwick Town Solicitor. This scrapbook covers West Warwick politics and civic engagement, the town\u27s budget, including an increase to the school boards funds and a pay hike for teachers\u27 salaries, unemployment compensation, the election of Chairman of the Democratic State Committee, and the accidental drowning of a woman and her son. Some pages have articles that obscure other items on the same page.
