The internship was conducted at PT BPR Akasia as in accounting and tax staff. During the internship, there were several tasks to be done. The main task were calculating the amount of interest on deposit, filling the witholding tax, check BI account, auditing for cash and credit account, making a journal entries for cash and interbank transaction, assets inventory, stock opname of company supplies, and making statement of cash flow. During the internship, all of the task can be done well. However, there are some constraints while performing the tasks. The constraints when making asset inventory is there were some assets that recorded in the inventory list but not found physically. The solution was to ask tthe General Affair for confirmation about the location of the assets. The second constraints is at the time of BI checking, network/ connection, often disconnected/error. The solution is to refresh the web page so we can continue checking BI activities also using the internet with better network quality. The third constraints is at the time of calculation of cash flow, there is a slip that not founded, so the result of the calculation does not balance. The solution is to confirm and ask for slip that was not there to be made by the cashier
