Teknik Role Play dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling

Abstract: Guidance and counseling is the aid given to clients in resolving issues they are experiencing by a professional, who is frequently referred to as a counselor. The counselor will carefully investigate the issues the client is having before actively listening to them. Role play, which has its roots in behavioral theory, is one of the approaches used in guidance and counseling. Humans may think and alter their behavior, according to the historical trend of the development of the third behavioral theory, namely cognitive, which concentrates on thought processes and the eating environment. The components of the human personality include self-regulation, self-efficacy, self-system, and collective efficacy. The role play itself is divided into three stages: role-playing, role-playing, and reenactment. Role play, namely role acting, role assumption, role rehearsal, and role reversal, are then employed as ways to concentrate on the social problems that clients are experiencing. Keywords: role play, guidance and counsling Abstrak: Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan bantuan yang diberikan oleh seorang ahli atau sering disebut dengan konselor kepada klien dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami klien. Pada proses konseling, konselor akan aktif menggali dan kemudian mendengarkan masalah yang dihadapi klien. Salah satu teknik dalam bimbingan dan konseling adalah role play yang berasal dari teori behavioral. Pada trend sejarah sejarah perkembangan teori behavioral yang ketiga, yaitu kognitif yang fokus pada pola pikir dan lingkungan makan manusia dapat berpikir dan mengubah tingkah laku. Struktur kepribadian manusia terdiri dari, system diri, regulasi diri, efikasi diri, dan efikasi kolektif. Kemudian dalam permainan peran terdapat tiga fase, pemanasan, memainkan peran dan pemeragaan kembali. Kemudian untuk memfokuskan pada masalah sosial yang dialami klien teknik yang digunakan adalah role play, yaitu role playing, role assumption, role rehersal dan role reversal.Kata Kunci: role play, bimbingan dan konselin
