Valoración de los gustos y preferencias del turista; caso de estudio: turista potosino que visita la ciudad de la paz (Turismo Nacional)

This article seeks to share with the scientific community the findings on the assessment of the tastes and preferences of the tourist using as a case study the tourist from Potosí who visits the city of La Paz (National Tourism). The objective of the research is to assess the tastes and preferences of the tourist using as a case study the Potosino Tourist who visits the city of La Paz (National Tourism). A quantitative approach has been taken into account, since it is characterized in that the process is applied sequentially and in a more rigid and structured way. The scope has been defined as descriptive, since what is sought is to specify the properties, characteristics and important aspects of the phenomenon that is subjected to analysis (Gómez, 2006). The population taken into account for the study is defined as "Citizens residing in the city of Potosí who have visited the city of La Paz and are interested in visiting it again." The research takes into account the type of non-probabilistic sampling, considering 130 ballots used throughout the months of March, April, May, June, July, August and September of 2020. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the impossibility After collecting the information in person, it has been chosen to send the electronic forms to citizens of Potosí through the use of the social network Facebook. The data found have been organized into cakes in order to carry out the corresponding analysis and the corresponding analysis of contingency tables. Having applied this description of tables, it has been possible to consolidate information that at first glance is not available. Simple information has been obtained in descriptive terms regarding the results, but the most important thing is reflected in the contingency tables, which are bases for future market segmentations with expanded studies on the population. Keywords: Tourism, Tourism consumer behavior, national tourism.El presente artículo busca compartir con la comunidad científica los hallazgos sobre la valoración de los gustos y preferencias del turista utilizando como caso de estudio al turista potosino que visita la ciudad de La Paz (Turismo Nacional). El objetivo de la investigación es valorar los gustos y preferencias del turista utilizando como caso de estudios al Turista potosino que visita la ciudad de La Paz (Turismo Nacional). Se ha tomado en cuenta un enfoque cuantitativo, ya que se caracteriza porque el proceso se aplica secuencialmente y de manera más rígida y estructurada. Se ha definido el alcance como descriptiva, ya que lo que se busca es especificar las propiedades, características y los aspectos importantes del fenómeno que se somete al análisis (Gómez, 2006).  La población tomada en cuenta para el estudio se la define como “Ciudadanos residentes en la ciudad de Potosí que haya visitado la ciudad de La Paz y tiene interés en visitarla nuevamente”. La investigación toma en cuenta el tipo de muestreo no probabilístico, considerando 130 boletas usadas a lo largo de los meses de marzo, abril, mayo, junio, julio, agosto y septiembre del año 2020. Debido a la Pandemia Covid-19 y la imposibilidad de recolectar la información de manera presencial, se ha optado por enviar los formularios electrónicos a ciudadanos potosinos mediante el uso de la red social Facebook. Los datos hallados se han organizado en tortas con el fin de hacer el correspondiente análisis y el correspondiente análisis de tablas de contingencia. Al haber aplicado esta descripción de tablas se ha logrado consolidar información que a simple vista no se tiene. Se ha logrado información sencilla en términos descriptivos en cuanto a los resultados, pero lo más importante está reflejado en las tablas de contingencia, las cuales son bases para futuras segmentaciones de mercado con estudios ampliados sobre la población.
