Public relations has been improved a lot. Public relations considered as a female field which refers to feminization in this sphere. Feminization often linked with the negative things and the things that underlying it is gender inequality which is still running nowadays. Nevertheless in the other side, work as a public relations practitioner is one of the good chance to improve women access to take a role in public.
