Le départ à la retraite se fait encore souvent sans que les salariés seniors des entreprises aient pu réaliser le travail de transmission de leurs compétences et de leurs savoirs. Nos travaux de recherche ont pour objectif d'une part, de comprendre à travers des études pluridisciplinaires les freins psychologiques de l’investissement personnel de la part des seniors retraités utilisateurs des plateformes collaboratives digitales, et d'autre part d’améliorer les processus de transfert des connaissances à travers la conception et la mise en œuvre d'un écosystème digital support de la création participative de connaissances et l'innovation collaborative.Retirement is still often done without the senior management of the company having been able to do the work of transmitting their skills and knowledge.
