Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri atas karyawan perusahaan kawasan industri di daerah Cakung, Jakarta Timur yang pernah melaksanakan Work From Home (WFH) dan di masa peralihan dari pandemi menuju endemi covid-19 ini kembali melaksanakan Work From Office (WFO). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 sampel yang ditentukan melalui 10 kali dari jumlah parameter atau dimensi yang ada pada operasional variabel, dimana terdapat 11 dimensi dalam penelitian ini.
