Instrumental deliveries account for about 12% of births by the low birth rate. The main indications of instrumental extraction during low birth are abnormalities of the fetal heart rhythm. The purpose of our study was to study the cranial deformities that occur during an instrumental extraction delivery. The main objective was to assess the impact of the instruments on the deformation of the skull, to identify the presence of brachycephalic or plagiocephalic neonates, and to assess whether the deformations were different depending on the instrument used.
