The objective of this research is to develop digital solutions for 5 Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises - MSME in the city of Neiva, and thereby make a contribution to the strategies for the reactivation and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME). MSME represent 90% of the country's productive sector (DPN, 2019) and are the business niche hardest hit by the Covid19 health crisis, which has changed consumption dynamics, forcing them to ride the wave of digital transformation to be able to compete in a market that is constantly changing and has an increasingly digital population.
