Jay Tidmarsh was quoted in the Billboard article, One Year Later, The Massive Litigation Over Astroworld Is Just Getting Started. Nicole Garnett and Fr. Pat Reidy wrote “Religious Covenants” which explores the phenomenon of religiously motivated deed restrictions. Sherif Girgis was a panelist in a talk about free speech held at the US National Archives. Lloyd Mayer was quoted by the Texas Tribune and ProPublica in a new report about the IRS not enforcing a federal law that prohibits churches from directly involving themselves in political campaigns. Rick Garnett was one of the religious liberty law scholars who filed an amicus brief in the case, Slockish v. USDOT. Diane Desierto participated in the United Nations Social Forum focusing on Water for Human Rights and Sustainable Development.
