Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) are widely represented in regenerative medicine clinical strategies due to their compatibility with autologous implantation. Effective bone regeneration involves crosstalk between macrophages and hMSCs, with macrophages playing a key role in the recruitment and differentiation of hMSCs.
