Educational Linguistics has been defined as an interdisciplinary research domain which explores a broad range of issues related to language (in) education. As such, Educational Linguistics is supposed to investigate each research topic by integrating tools and concepts from other relevant domains, as well as offering its own specific contribution to research areas that are intrinsically interdisciplinary.
