En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general analizar jurídicamente los derechos de la naturaleza en el Ecuador. Para esta investigación los investigadores se plantearon para el desarrollo de la metodología, el paradigma positivista con enfoque cuantitativo, mediante la indagación, recolección y análisis crítico documental y referencial bibliográfico, basándose en la exploración metódica, rigurosa y profunda de diversas fuentes documentales conformadas por artículos, normas y leyes, tesis, entre otros, describiendo los hallazgos encontrados.
