Competency development is needed in every company. Competency development can be carried out by conducting training, competency certification, assignments, and job shadowing. The method used in this study uses qualitative research methods using purposive sampling technique. The results obtained show that in terms of knowledge, values, skills, attitudes, and interests, they are in accordance with what is expected and needed by the company and can be implemented by the assigned job.
