Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of coaching, competence, and training on employee performance at PT Madiuni Elpiji Madiun. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using a descriptive approach, using the variables of coaching, competence, and training as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique, because the population in the company is less than 100 respondents and a sample of 40 is obtained.
