This research was conducted on customers of AHASS Sungai Guntung, while the purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at AHASS Sungai Guntung (INHIL). Then the number of samples set as many as 50 respondents, in this study using quantitative data analysis using the simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS Version 22 program. (Quality of Service) and independent (Customer Satisfaction) at AHASS Sungai Guntung. The value of Service Quality has an effect on Customer Satisfaction at AHASS Sungai Guntung (INHIL) while the rest is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study
