The aim of this research was to find out the positive influence of quality service dimension on customer satisfaction at AHASS Honda workshop 10087 at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung. The population of this research was the customer of AHASS Honda 10087 up SMKN2 Bandar Lampung. The technique of sample taking is accidental sampling was using slovin formula which gets 100 costumer. The method of this research is descriptive verificative by using expost facto and survey. The result of this research showed that there is a positive influence from quality service dimension on customer satisfaction at AHASS Honda 10087 Up SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung.
