This article was the result of the methodological scientific work in the Municipal University Center of Cabaiguan concerning the implementation of curricular strategies in the different subjects, for the comprehensive training of the primary education professional. The research purpose was aimed at evaluating the educational impact of the proposed actions, for the implementation of the Pedagogical Professional Guidance curricular strategy, in the Primary Education degree course in the encounter courses modality in Cabaiguan Municipal University Center. The article was based on a qualitative methodology, as it is the most appropriate for this type of research. Methods from the theoretical level were used: the inductive-deductive, the logical-historical and the review of documents. From the empirical level, the observation and interview were necessary to facilitate the search for a wider scope of reliable information. The achieved result allowed to evaluate the projected actions aimed at redesigning the educational strategy of the above-mentioned degree course. Furthermore, a brochure entitled “Your example inspires me” was produced in order to be consistent with the materialization of the Guidelines of the Socio-Economic Policy of the Communist Party and the Cuban State referring to education. Highlighting the pedagogical work of those who have dedicated their lives to the honorable task of teaching gives prestige to this profession and is essential to motivate and contribute to both a better professional pedagogical guidance and role of the teachers to be.El presente artículo fue el resultado del trabajo científico metodológico en el Centro Universitario Municipal de Cabaiguán, en la línea: la instrumentación de las estrategias curriculares en las diferentes asignaturas, para la formación integral del profesional de la educación Primaria. El propósito estuvo dirigido aevaluar el impacto educativo de las acciones planteadas para la  instrumentación de la estrategia curricular Orientación Profesional Pedagógica, en la carrera Educación Primaria, del Curso por Encuentros en el Centro Universitario Municipal de Cabaiguán. El artículo se sustentó en la metodología cualitativa, por ser la más adecuada para este tipo de trabajo. Se utilizaron del nivel teórico:el método inductivo-deductivo, el histórico lógico y la revisión de documentos. Del nivel empírico fue necesario la utilización de la observación y la entrevista, lo que facilitó a los investigadores ampliación y veracidad en la información. El resultado alcanzado permitió la evaluación de las acciones proyectadas para el rediseño de la estrategia educativa de la carrera y además, ser consecuente, con la materialización de los Lineamientos de la Política Social y Económica del Partido y el Estado, referidos a educación, se elaboró el folleto “Su ejemplo, me inspira”. Enaltecer la obra pedagógica de quienes han dedicado su vida a la honrosa tarea de educar, prestigia, motiva y contribuye a fortalecer la orientación profesional pedagógica de los que se inician en esta profesión y su función educativa
